My Story: From "Impossible" to Two Healthy Babies

My commitment to this work isn't just professional; it’s deeply personal. For almost 20 years I have managed Stage IV Endometriosis using naturopathic medicine. The relief I felt was so dramatic that it inspired me to follow this career path.

I know what it’s like to be curled on the floor in pain, only to be met with medical gaslighting, a prescription for the pill, and a recommendation to “have a baby now because you may never be able to”. I was 22 years old and in University.

When I was told motherhood might be impossible and there were no other solutions for my pain, except pharmaceutical drugs, I refused to accept it. I used my background in Biomedical Science to bridge the gap between data and natural solutions. By focusing on inflammation and nervous system regulation, I reclaimed my life—and though it wasn’t a straight path, against the odds, I welcomed my two children at ages 39 and 40.

This journey sparked the Natural Endo Movement. I realized that we’ve done women a massive disservice when it comes to reproductive care. I’m here to change that—to help you outsmart your symptoms and become the healer in your own life.

This experience taught me that when we restore our physiological reserves, we unlock our capacity to show up for our families and our biggest goals.

Life Beyond the Clinic: Family, Flow, and Personal Growth

I’m a firm believer that a healthy lifestyle shouldn't feel like a second job.Yes, there may be some heavy lifting in the beginning but ultimately it’s about creating a sustainable flow that supports your actual life.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me:

With My Family: Navigating the beautiful, chaotic reality of motherhood with my husband, our two little ones, and our dog, Luna. They are my daily reminder of why health optimization matters.

Investing in Growth: I’m a lifelong student of personal development and the circular connection between our minds and our bodies. I believe that our thoughts create our feelings, and our feelings create our reality—but for that cycle to work in your favor, you need a resilient foundation. When we feel vital and strong, we expand our capacity for the courage and creativity required to evolve.

In Motion: Movement is my non-negotiable for mental clarity. Whether it's a focused strength session or a long walk, I use fitness to shift my state and reclaim my energy so I can show up as a better strategist for my patients and a more present mother for my kids.

In the Kitchen: For me, preparing food is medicine. It’s the perfect blend of chemistry and creativity—usually involving plenty of almond flour and a great playlist.
